During the 19th and early 20th century, many country houses in the Netherlands and Germany where build in a neoclassical style. So was Dutchie's Villa Utrecht, it's foundation laid around 1850. Age and former owners brought many changes over the years, to both exterior and interior, but the villa kept it's beauty and grandeur. It's most remarkable feature: the facade with the large steps and many hatches facing the street side, the display of status and wealth to anyone passing by.

ROOMS AND ANIMATIONS
Villa Utrecht has 4 floors and hides 19 different animations inside the steps and windows. The house is 99 percent mesh, with custom textures, baked shadows and some materials. Mod and copy. The inner walls can be re textured apart from the outside walls, but it would mean loosing the baked shadows and light fall.
Downstairs: living room, dining room, library, kitchen, hallway and conservatory.
Upstairs: master bedroom, guest bedroom, laundry room, bathroom, hallway. 3 times 8 animations in the deep windows on the front side.
Cellar with lockable room for keeping supplies.
Front steps with 4 times 10 animations.
Back steps with 1 animation.
Attic.

FURNISHED OR UNFURNISHED
The house comes in 2 versions, furnished or unfurnished. This unfurnished version has the land impact of 508 prims. It has a footprint of 27 by 27 meters. The Kool doors and windows can be set to owner, group, everyone, or a list of names, and can be upgraded for roleplay options.
Buyers of the furnished version get a 20 percent discount on the house and furniture combined. See related picks underneath for these.

I have purchased almost everything Dutchie has at the Market place, and are very satisfied with almost all the objects including this Utrecht huis that I am proud of to have,
I just want to know where the REDELIVERY option is at,
I have asked this a couple of time regarding this but was not responded upon (maybe not enough try on my part)
Please let me know where I can go for a redelivery, I looked at your Inworld store but could not find it,

A work of art
I have been drooling over this home since the moment it came out and I walked through it. I have hundreds of houses and just as many skyboxes, but nothing quite compares to this home. Everything just flows so smoothly together and it is built to scale so no more living rooms that have to have three sets of furniture to fill them or doorways so tall you have to stand two avi's atop each other to reach the top of door frame. lol
Froukje has outdone herself with the details in this house, but she also left it Mod so if for some reason you want to change textures and such to make the home uniquely your own you can. Every room has a purpose and they all fit her furniture to perfection in both their size and appearance.
I would have bought the furnished house but I already owned like half the items in it, so I will just collect the other pieces I don't have yet as I am able to. All I know is this house will be my home for a very long time. Happy Valentines day to myself!!!
