The texture is in a package of a is a single prim with a perfectly applied slat or lattice texture. It looks like a slatted fence or floor - you can see through the slats, but still only one prim! It is not mesh, there are no LOD problems associated with it.
The wood slat texture is black and full permissions. You can copy, modify them and resell them in your creations.
