[WaS] Corrade: Batch Region Restart Version 1.0

The following project is device that can batch-restart regions for an unbounded number of regions from a notecard by using LSL and the Corrade scripted agent. The device will teleport Corrade to each of the regions specified in a notecard and will then restart the region.

In order for this template to work, the avatar that Corrade connects to must be an estate manager for all regions that have to be restarted.

The procedure is fully-automated but requires an initial setup. The script reads the following notecards:

"configuration" - the Corrade and script configuration
"regions" - the regions to restart

that will have to be edited appropriately for your setup.

The script requires the:
- "land",
- "movement"

Corrade permission and the:
- "CAPS"

notifications.
