Small deko Buoy with slow rotation and white Particle Flashlight (10sec off and 1sec on) and a 2way moving round ripple.
In real life it is a long duration wave measuring buoy. It can stay in the ocean for about one year. *wikimedia :)

I had my first Wave Rider Buoy at 2014, and then, when and where i can, i use it. It's ever work well and look nice ! thank you guys !
