Not realistic
I bought this for use by a scribe at a desk. The movement doesn't look anything like someone writing, and it does not animate the rest of the body to match the concept of someone writing.
A waste of money
I paid a higher price for this on the basis of it being full perms and I could use it to make animated pencils to be used by several pupils in a classroom. Unfortunately I cannot get it to work realistically as, while it makes your right hand write, your head can be wandering about looking at anywhere else your cursor is pointing it in a completely unconnected fashion. A waste of money.
