The LJ-45XR is a 10 seat, private commuter jet that features an all original mesh model with advanced lighting materials.
PHYSICS CORE
This Aircraft is a first of its kind by introducing a new generation of physics engine made to simulate real flight characteristics of a private jet. You get a choice of Mode B for simplified flight, and Mode A for the Simulator experience.
INTERACTIVE COCKPIT
Every display in your Aircraft gives you information on the status of the systems onboard. The Cockpit is also touch-enabled allowing you to use the click-spots in First and third person view like a real Simulator. Pilot and Copilot can share the controls of the Aircraft.
AUTOPILOT
Take your hands off of the controls with the Autopilot system. It works just like a real Autopilot by setting Direction, Height, and Speed information which the Aircraft responds to.
GPS SYSTEM
Aircraft is equipped with the :SA: GPS, N-Number, and ELT Systems. GPS will track your flight in real time on the cockpit GPS screen. The N-Number system gives your aircraft a unique Tail number which is displayed on every aircraft you rez. The ELT (Electronic Locator Transmitter) system activates when the Aircraft crashes and will alert :SA: Emergency beacons across the grid.
CUSTOMIZE YOUR PLANE
The Aircraft is completely modifiable from the get-go. Add your own prims and textures at your own will. You can use the CPAT (Custom Paint Application Tool) to quickly add your own paints to the aircraft. You get 5 pre-set paints, 3 pre-set interior skins, and 4 seat colours to choose from.
TUGBOTT
In your package you get an Aircraft tug known as TUGBOTT. It will tow your aircraft around and even perform a pushback. It can also be used on other aircraft. (Compatibility not guaranteed).
WEATHER SYSTEM
You can fly through different weather scenarios with ZSK's exclusive Wx system. This gives you 6 weather pre-sets to fly through and you can create your own scenario! The aircraft's physics responds to the weather by generating turbulence and crosswinds for landing.
REALISTIC FAILURES AND CRASHES
Realistic engine failures that'll leave a fireball behind the aircraft. The Aircraft can also crash on Land and Water. The emergency doors deploy and allow your passengers for an easy and safe evacuation. On Land, the belly of the plane will spark as it scrapes down the Runway and then start to rez HD fire after it's comes to a complete stop. The aircraft uses the HD Fire system which allows HD compatible equipment to extinguish the fire. (HD equipment not included)

Best business jet
Didn't expect it to be so realistic , ends up much like what I experience on simulators like FSX, stalling and overspeeding warnings , So many details paid attention to, the only con is that sometimes sim lags spoils the overall perfect experience lol. My only suggestion is to slightly adjust mouse look POV so that IAS indicator can be seen clearly. Best business jet on the grid!
My Favorite Private Jet
Awesome jet, very detailed, lots of features that most other planes don't have. My favorite feature though would have to be the autopilot, it really helps you keep a steady and smooth heading without having to babysit the plane, perfect for long trips across the grid.
I will say this plane is a bit more difficult than other planes on the market, in my opinion the hardest at the moment. However this makes it more rewarding to fly, and keeps you on your toes every flight. The inside of the cockpit is fully detailed with the gauges sending information dynamically, as well as giving audio warnings in case of any issues (stall, banking, overspeed.)
Even though I'd like to say this plane is perfect, there are a few issues I've noticed. First, theres the problem of sim crossing delay. When flying alone or with one other person its not bad, but if you fly with several passengers it gets to the point of freezing then stalling every crossing which can really mess up the landing. Next, if at any point you crash or relog while flying the seat will get bugged and not let you sit up front again, while this is a SL issue, it would be nice to have a way to reset the seat or a workaround for this.
All in all, these issues are mostly SL related hence why I didn't remove any stars, by far my favorite plane so far. Recommend it to anyone wanting a realistic private jet loaded with features.
Very Nice Plane But..
Okay so this plane was a learning curve for me but after a few hours practise I got it right. It looks really nice and I like the rezzables and the little cabin touches for passengers. I also like the "stall stall stall" etc which you don't get on other planes. However for some reason this plane has long pauses at region crossings. I've flown larger planes often and they have a blip but not a pause. My network is perfect and no packet loss so I assume it's just this plane. I flew this on the same day as a 737 and the larger plane was much better on crossings so I was quite disappointed with that.
Otherwie it's really nice looking and lots of controls and extras which I really like.
A well built plane
I remember growing up flying around in my home town in FSX in a Learjet 45 not too different from this one - So suffice it to say that this plane has been something i've longed to own for a while now.
The LJ-45XR is a replica of the Bombardier Learjet 45, a celebration of the legendary line of civilian jet aircraft that were created by William Powell Lear in the 1960s and reiterated upon over the past 50 or so years.
ZSK has made a very good aircraft, featuring high quality avionics only bested by those made for Shergood Aviation's line of helicopters that will appeal to sim-level experienced aviators, with two levels of flight models - one for more realistic flight and another more forgiving experience for those not familiar with flying simulation-level aircraft, such as those more used to Daniels Fall's offerings.
A small, yet negligible complaint with the aircraft I have is the scale of the aircraft.
The scale of the aircraft is too small for most SL Avatars to make head clearance into the aircraft without crouching. I understand that scale in SL is a crapshoot, but when my 5' 10" or smaller avatar has a hard time getting in and out of this plane, it needs a resize - which thankfully, can be done if you so desire with the edit feature.
The Edit Feature and modularity of the LJ-45 has to be a favorite feature of mine. Whether you use the LJ-45 as a jetsetting aircraft, an AWACS aircraft for region health analysis, or as a cargo transport, the LJ-45 can do it all with ease.
The Advanced flight model is well made, feeling like a (scaled down for SL) realistic representation of the Learjet, with the recent update that fixed major issues with the plane preparing the avionics for a ILS upgrade that is planned.
The LJ-45 is capable of landing on long and even short runways, given the pilot is experienced enough with short landings.
If you're looking for an addition to your fleet, the LJ-45XR is a prime candidate.
A pleasure to fly with a more real feel...
This is a great aircraft that we have taken into service in our airline for private charters. It handles well with very realistic (as real as it can be in sl) feel and handling. Sim crossings are a breeze and it handles adverse flying conditions in sl. We as an airline are big fans and proud to have the LJ-45 as a part of our fleet.
Quality worth paying for
Excellent quality well exceeded expectation
