byGabe On/Off Sim Island w/Poses

Thank you for your interest in the byGabe Off Sim Island with 1 couples pose.

The Island is 20m high and will fit in a space that is 18m long and 20m wide.

This Island is modifiable so that you will be lower or raise the outlying rocks to fit in the water the way you like. There is a large pointer that will need to stay on the sim in order to allow the Island to remain off sim. If you want to place the structure within the sim you can remove the pointer.

Even tho you will not be able to walk or swim to the Island when you place it off sim, you will however, be able to sit on the pose balls.

Combine this with other byGabe off sim sets to accent your parcels or sim's.
