It doesn't work, I went to talk to the owner and said he was already upset with the situation of not working and he said he was being rude and would mutate me.

I am super impressed at the customer service and ease of use of this product ! I upgraded from free to fatpack and had a technical question that was answered in under 20 seconds. well done !
Excellent Product with fantastic Support !!!
I waited a little while after buying this product and have been using it. Easy to use and set up and when I encountered a problem on my MP data which was not even Caspervend's problem but they took notice of it and filed a complaint on MP. Excellent service. pity there are not more then 5 stars for rating for it should get even more stars :)
