The eyeliner tattoo will take over your face tattoo, so if you decide you wish to wear the eyeliner with a custom face marking tattoo it would be best to rezz a mesh body, edit linked prims & unlink and take into inventory just the face tattoo and "Add" it to your current avatar.

The eyes are very beautifully done, specially the extra tattoo layer framing the eyes just a bit to add to them. But the price is what prevented me from giving a 5 star review.
