the collar itself is nice
an accessory like i enjoy having , simple and cute.
so why 2 stars (i rate on 4 stars as i don't count the first one we are forced to give)
the issue is the customer service .. i contacted the creator for some help ... no answer at all.

Been wearing this collar for the last 6+ months
I don't know how this collar doesn't have any reviews, I personally think it's adorable and goes with any outfit, whether you're dressing up or you're dressing down.. I love that it has a HUD to customize it. It looks great.
