This is set to SL time. If you want it set to another time zone, send me an IM as the scripts are no mod. Speaking of, the mesh is copy/mod but the scripts are no mod.
It's 3LI - don't unlink it! Not because it'll increase the LI but because it's going to mess with the orientation of the hands. If you miss this (or don't listen) just rez yourself a new copy.
Resizing any mesh in SL can/will radically impact its LI.
