Welcome to Tameless Authorized Affiliate program! We are very excited that you have decided to join the Tameless team. We have been in business since 2008 and have established ourselves in Second Life for offering quality creative hairstyles, women's outfits, complete avatars and accessories.

Section 4: AUTOMATIC UPDATES

We release new products regularly and updates will be sent to you automatically via our group. Please send a notecard or IM to Nita Bracken requesting an invite to the "Tameless Authorized Affiliates" group.

Section 5: COMMISSION
---------------------------
We are using CasperVend as our affiliate vendor system due to their excellent no lag performance. There is a 2% commission that will go to CasperVend for each sale. After CasperVend receives their commission 50% of the profit will go to you and the other 50% to me.

IMPORTANT: You will NOT get a commission if you buy from your own affiliate vendors.

Section 6: LOCATION INFORMATION

Do NOT set up your shop at any location where a Tameless Affiliate or satellite shop already exists.

The signs and textures provided are only to be used for shops with Tameless products.

A Tameless Main Store landmark giver has been included. it must be placed in a visible spot in your shop.

You are allowed to place the Tameless affiliate vendors with other affiliate shop vendors. However, placing our vendors with full permission "Business In A Box" items is NOT allowed. If I see these products mixed with mine (and I check often), you will be required to fix this immediately in order to continue the partnership.

Section 7: CUSTOMER SERVICE

Please be courteous when assisting our customers. Remember your actions represent Tameless. Professional honesty from anyone who represents Tameless is expected.

If a customer contacts you regarding an item not being delivered please give them a landmark to the main shop. There is a redelivery terminal where products purchased from an affiliate can be redelivered at any time. For any other customer inquiries please advise the customer to contact me directly via notecard. Also advise the customer to allow 24 hours for a response. DO NOT issue refunds! I will handle all customer service needs.

Section 8: IMPORTANT TOS INFORMATION

By purchasing the Tameless Authorized Affiliate you are agreeing to abide by the terms and conditions described above and you understand that failure to follow these rules could result in an immediate ban from the Tameless Authorized Affiliate network and your vendors being deleted.

- I reserve the right to disable/delete any vendor at any time for whatever reason.
- I reserve the right to stop selling my items at any time for whatever reason.
- I reserve the right to ban an avatar from registering any vending machines with our servers should the need arise. This will not be done unless an affiliate representative acts contrary to the interest of the partnership with Tameless.

**Since the affiliate program is not transferable there will be NO REFUNDS.**
