I took on this project to help people who are deaf or hard of hearing to express themselves in SL - but its also a learning tool that I hope everyone can use.
It's my plan to create additional HUDs with other themes and some wicked ones too (Yes, those will be ADULT).

I can start to speak and learn ASL with this!!
The HUD lets me say phrases in ASL when meeting people! The sign animations are beautifully crafted and ... already for that, I am so loving it!!
But more importantly, I can see how certain words and phrases are to be spoken with the signs, at my pace, interactively... So it is also a wonderful educational tool for a total ASL nooblet like me.
This is pulling my curious heart into the world of American sign language (≧▽≦)
