What was this meant to be?
A single black cube prim with one side animating a texture. I initially tried to open it assuming this was a boxed texture. Nope! You get the one object. Permissions aren't even accurate due to the no-mod, no-copy script stuffed into the box to animate the texture. At least that part is easy enough to work around by deleting the script? As the original cell texture is pictured it's not hard to work out a full perm script to animate the texture again with the single line " llSetTextureAnim( ANIM_ON | LOOP , ALL_SIDES, 5, 6, 0.5, 30.0, 20 ); " - My best guess eyeballing the rates on the original but at least writing your own you can change it!
Not what I expected
As the previous review said. Not a useable texture as is. It is a block with a texture on it. Can't use it for my build. Its very pretty, I'm disappointed.

This isn't a texture, it's a block. The animation is gorgeous, but the product is useless for me, as I was looking for a texture to build with.
If you're looking for a texture to build with, look elsewhere.
If you're looking for a texture at all - look elsewhere.
If you just want a block ready to use in a personal project - this might be just the thing.
