Black Flexi Ball Gown FULL PERM

I absolutely love this little dress! It's very cute, chic and yes it is flexy on the bottom - (not like a cardboard cut out). Also, so versatile - since it's in three pieces, I wear the halter top separately, and if you take the skirt off you can wear it as a wicked little jumpsuit ;)

the skirt isn't flexi and the unders and top are system clothings not textures . so i can't even make them into an applier.
