This is exactly the same product as the Script Counter linked below - however - it does not periodically rebrand its self to the Coagulate Logo.
This being a product for branded entiries rather than individuals (who really have no reason to care about the logo on the box), this product is charged for and is not transferable.
Two caveats to be aware of:
* If you change the script counters mode, it will retexture its self when it reshapes, however, left in its default "click" mode it will not reset its textures regularly like the free version
* Any visitor employing the /99give command to obtain a personal script counter will get the default product from our central distributor which contains the usual Coagulate branding and enforcement of it.

The price is chosen based on current Lindex rates and equates to 1 USD, this should be a fairly trivial outlay for any business, if you feel this is too high please feel free to place the free Coagulate branded version around your sim and save your dollar.
