By purchasing this voucher, you will be hiring me to build your sim.
▬ NOTE ▬
This voucher entitles you to a sim creation design (65536 sqm) as well as an initial consultation to discuss your sim plans for not having a question.
►Please check with me before buying your sim voucher in the Marketplace to ensure your plans fall within the price range indicated here.
► This voucher includes:
1 - All the required materials to build a beautiful landscape – Trees, waterfalls, roads, caves Everything needed for a forest or beach environment.
2 - All the terrain terraforming, including the RAW files and ground textures.
3 -All the structures backed up with a rez system, so you have your whole sim inside your inventory and will never lose the investment made.
4 - A completely exclusive work.
► For me to do my work I will need:
1 - The land group with 'officer' permissions.
2 – Estate manager rights for applying the terrain textures.
► Building time:
Usually from 7 to 15 days.

Stuff that requires animations and are included in the project:
Raft/gazebo/waterfall/benches/tables/carpets/ and others I may have available.
