The build also comes with a nice surprise underneath it...a nice intimate size fully furnished club (w/o dj equipment)

I do not use it as seen in second life because I modified my city to fit me but the buildings are perfect and that fact you can modify make it awesome. Thanks for the great build. Many pieces to this and very much worth the price.
