[DFC] Fighting Fans (Unity Maxim)

I wanted a set of dual fans for fighting in the unity maxim system. These definitely fit the bill, and they do work well for actual combat. However, the sheathed version is just the same huge open fans on your hips, rather than a closed less tacky version. You cannot adjust how they sit on your hips either. This makes them absolutely terrible for RP purposes, which is why I got them.
