WARNING
This item is partial mesh. It is built with mesh objects and prim classics. My advice is to just change the textures to suit your style. If you unlink the prims their number will increase considerably.

Nearly perfect.
I needed it for a boarding house therefore needing more bedrooms. One of the large bedrooms is now 3 smaller ones and they are darling.I used materials I copied from the actual house to add a cohesive look.
Though I had to do a bit of remodeling basically this house is beautiful as as is.
The only thing I recommend that you make a fall, spring and summer edition to go through the year. Beautiful!
