I made these because a lot of times youll get a shirt thats a bit too short and want to wear a skintight legging beneath and not interfere with a tight shirt. So these go way down on the hip. Be sure to try the DEMO first to ensure your top or mini dress will work with that item. But these can be worn with a crop top as well.
