Okay, small LOD and texturing issue
Of course its not meant to be used right off, but personalized, so two points you may want to consider...
1. The texturing is hard as hell, specially if you're like me and like to texture right off the box. Don't. Spend the 10 lindens extra and work on your texture offline or you'll have a head ache.
2. The Lod of the name board is very poor at distance. it is the ONLY part that totally deforms, too, so just replace it for a normal cube instead. It won't change the land impact.
