For a less tight look you can use the clothes layer in your Mesh Body HUD.

The included Maitreya Appliers works with Materials enabled.

With Maitreya 5.0+ wear the clothing, underwear or tattoo mesh layer in addition to your body and alpha.
(or use Omega on the older versions.)

Omega Applier (Evolved):
The Omega Appliers in this set includes textures for Materials too ("spec" and "norm" textures).
At this time it seems it doesn't support materials for mesh bodies which uses a separate relay.
Maybe the included Omega appliers don't need an update for that, only the Relays...

Classic Avatars:
The set includes an classic Tattoo Layer suit too.
