Don't expect any good customer service from them. Sent a complaint over a week ago. I bought the necklace because it was transferable, so I could wrap it up and send it to my companions, but sadly realized that their necklace was NOT transferable as it says.. so I ended up buying 2 necklaces for nothing... I'll admit the necklace isn't horrible though.
