The head is not included. Use your mesh or SL head.
Hide the rest of your body using the provided alpha or your alpha hud for mesh bodies and add the Ghost mesh. It attaches to your neck. Use your favorite AO. Even when you walk it will look like an ghost is flying with your head on a plate.
