An answer to the review comment by Dodgeguy Woodward (as there is still no way to answer on reviews as item creator):

1. sorry for my English. I assumed that a "Hospital gown" is some kind of a nightie cut open in the back (see pic). The German word is a "Flügelhemdchen".

2. The skirt part is not prim skirt but a piece of clothing. Not much sense in my opinion to do some modification. But if you want to have a mod version, just call! (IM is better than posting a comment here)

3. I am surprised that the skirt ins not growing with your ava size/shape. For most of my clothing (except prim parts) it perfectly does.
