HouseBoat version 2 (2 types) - Rez and unpack

The size of the houseboat fits most of the 512 sqm squared parcels. (Not driveable).

Boat: 11 x 29 meters in foot print.
House: 10 x 16 meters in foot print.

In the box there are 2 different types:
1 houseboat without small pool in deck: 18 prims with ladder.
1 houseboat with small pool in deck: 22 prims with ladder.

The ladder is not linked to the boat, so you have to place it yourself, after rezzing the houseboat.

The windows are tintable inside, and the door lockable.
2 kinds of wallpaper to switch between inside the house, or you can add your own.

Both houseboats are COPY and MODIFY, but no-transfer.
