Istrian House Boxed (MP)

A traditional house from Croatia built of stone with fully modeled timber.

Downstairs an open plan living area with traditional cooking area and space for dining and a large living area complete with menu controlled large open fireplace complete with cooking pot.

Stairs lead off to the two upper rooms.

All windows are shuttered and the windows themselves all open.

Outside is a BBQ and an area to dine alfresco close by.

An extra added to the house is a traditional wall water fountain.. This can be placed anywhere to suit.

The house, as all my builds, comes copy and modify. Textures can be easily changed but as with all modifications please be sure you have written down the build coordinates just in case you need to rez it again and want the identical position in world.
