The box contains :
- a full store sample (Li=6)
- a mesh window (Li=1)
- a mesh door (Li=1)
- a mesh signboard (Li=1)
- sample textures for stone parts, wood parts and walls.
All is copy, mod, no trans.
A one-floor building, some parts included, use as-is or as a building project.
If you are looking for a filler building, or a small one-floor shop that looks like two floors, this is a good choice. This is building has no second floor, and the upstairs "windows" are only on the outside. This is not mentioned in the description at the time of this review. However, this does come with some separate parts: window, door, plaque and some (not all) textures. Although it wasn't as I expected, I turned it into a building project using the parts supplied (and some third-party stairs) to improve it. It is hard to find 8x8m buildings. It is only L$10, so still pretty good.

Beautifully detailed. Great for filling in streets and for use too. Nice to include the textures for modifications. Amazing for $10 lindens.
