This is nice, but...
This is very nice and you won't be disappointed. However, it is not small and it is no-mod. It would be great if the maker would either scale it down or make a modifiable version. Nevertheless, it is good and the price is excellent. I will suggest that you should be working on 1536 parcels at least for these to fit well.
