There is nothing more to be done. Everybody who touches your landmark giver will receive the content of the prim (your landmark, your notecard, your gift...) EXCEPT your valuable script.

The script is just for you and does not have permissions.

The notecard-giver object may be modified from the desire of your heart. Change the sign, change the texture, change the size...

As bonus you will receive a sign in the same style as "open" which says "sale". You can add it to your shop if you like. You can put your script and the items into it instead the original sigln. This bonus sign is copy and modify as well.
