You might consider dressing it up a bit, adding furniture and such, or combining it with some of my other Tudor Village builds, to enhance the product and make a "value added" item out of it.

TUDOR VILLAGE Ann Hathaway's Cottage -- this build has NO mesh, NO sculpties to weird up the space and make it sticky like molasses. Sure, there are 139 prims in the build, but it's worth it.

A little research on Ann Hathaway will yield some good results for selling the house.
