You can't walk on the deck when it's off-sim. However, you can invite a friend to sit on the deck by clicking on it... and enjoy an unusual view of your own island from the sea!

Very pretty and realistic
This is a very nice looking off sim deck. I don't use the furniture much because you have to right click it from a distance (you can't walk all the way to the end) to sit on the chair. But it's so pretty, I don't mind.
nice deck, bad sit
i wish i had read the permissions before i bought this item. The deck is nice, but the sit pose is from probably 10 years ago. its a static pose that is NOT adjustable, so i'm sitting up in the air, a foot above the seat, and at an unrealistic angle, and can't make it look more natural because it's no mod.
