Outside Sim Off Sim Raft. Comes now with14 poses menu, pillows, fire plate.
Enlarge your land with this Outside / Off Sim Raft.
You can sit on it by clicking and sitting then click the raft again to bring up the poses menu. When you stand you will appear back in sim borders.

Make sure you rezz the raft on your land then move the raft out over sim border making sure the anchor-box stays within the sim border, so rezz in the middle of your land. If you rezz with the anchor outside of the sim the raft will go off world and may be lost. Make sure you dont move it over your neighbours land or property.

Can be set inside sim borders , halfway out the sim , or full outside the sim
