If you want to see shadows, turn off full bright of the object from the edit panel under Texture tab.

This is great! After wasting a bunch of lindens on other privacy screens, I finally found this one.
Hands down great high rez textures and modifiable. I was able to fit it in my sky in box form and
it looks amazing.
