The Paragon Equipment script lag gate is an easy way to reduce lag in any area. A lot of people do not realize that they are carrying a large amount of script with them, and are slowing down the sim. This tool will only let the people whose script count or memory usage is below the limit you set.
To set the script or memory limit, all you have to do is change a variable in the script. The script is commented, so it should be easy to find out what you have to change.
The gate is free and has full permissions, and you can do with it whatever you want but please don't sell it as-is.

I purchased this for my sports bar because there are several TVs running on the sim which caused some lag. This also helps me realize that I, too, have a lot of body attachments that have been causing lag on my sim...love the product!

This is a great tool. I tried to walk through, confident that I was pretty low lag, and was surprised when I could not. It turned out that my hair had 216 scripts in it that I was unaware of to change colours. It must have been listening for commands as well, for there was no dialog drop down on touch. I went through my favourite hair, walking through the gate, and deleted from inventory any that I could not pass through with. Considering that these hidden scripts in hair and clothing can add significantly to lag impacting on the whole sim, and make teleporting difficult, it is a great tool to help you be aware of how many scripts you are wearing.
