Unusable
Though the product itself seems to work well enough, its anybody's guess on how to use it. The instructions are witten in multicoloured, multisized text in broken English, the out of date video comes without instruction, captioned or voiced., coments disabled. I found a seperate video on how to set up sits for one avatar, but clueless as to how to do it for multiple avatars. Also no idea on how to set up the menus and buttons. After 2 days I grabbed AV sitter instead, and was done within 20 minutes of unpacking it. Piero got back to me, refused a refund, and politely tried to convince me his system was better if I just tried. All in all feeling like money and time wasted on this one I'm afraid.

I don't often create animated furniture so each time i groan at the thought, then a run through of the video reminds me again how wonderfully easy it is with Perfect Sitter.
Took me less than 30 minutes this time to have 5 animations exactly as i wanted them.
Great product, poor instructions
I echo everyone's comments here that this product is great and works like a charm. But like many I found the instructions left a lot to be desired. Videos are not really a replacement for good written instructions. Who wants to fastforward through a video again and again to find the one step you are missing? The instructions jump around instead of going methodically through the steps of unpacking the various tools and how you would use them. If I were the creator I'd ask a native language speaker with a good grasp of technical writing or any other procedural writing, to fix the instructions. I ended up figuring out the tool through a user video that came up on a Google search of the terms "Can't make the Perfect Sitter work" or something like that. Glad I did. It's super.
Easy to use and great customer service
I found the product very easy to use and when I did have a question, I got a response withing hours. Worth every penny
Every creator of cars should buy that !
I got some complainer, about some cars, not able to being adjusted, well they should doing like me, I use this perfect sitter on my products, and I don't regret it at all !!!!
Now all product fit very fine.

Please read at all details about the use of this product. Primarily if you are using it where there are sculpts and megaprims. At the first use - try to test it in a clear place (without megaprims and sculpts). Thanks
