REDUCED PRICE! Tiny Old Rustic Farmhouse or Cottage

This tiny farm cottage was made with love. Its a simple old American farmhouse much like the ones I grew up with. I have made it small to make it cozy.

The outside is unpainted except for the gingerbread and trim as old farmhouses would have originally been. The porch was meant to be cool and relaxing and would be a great place for a rocking chair.

Inside I used time worn wall papers and varnished wood. It has a bay window where you can spend the afternoon napping or just day dreaming looking out the window. Its got a quiet fire in the fireplace and smoke in the chimney.

When you are ready for bed you can climb the lovely staircase, past the stained glass window, and up to the finished attic bedroom for a good nights rest.

The foot print is small being only 10m by 15m and is only 128 prims. It has a simple note card configuration for the door locks. After all simple is better. Its mod/copy and no transfer.
