TBF Atomic Radio

The TBF Atomic Radio is a device that allows the owner as well as others to change the parcel's music URL setting. The parcel music URL can be set by simply pasting a streaming URL in an imput window of the device, or by picking one of the 9 pre-defined radio station options. These options can also be modified. In addition, the owner can set access to either owner-only, group members, everyone or to a pre-defined list of guests. This guest list can also be modified and can contain up to 9 names. Finally, the radio can be set to any of 11 different color schemes (see images). A notecard with instructions is included. Setting URLs, as well as changing the radio station and guest lists can all be done through a menu system that is activated by clicking on the device.

Note that only the owner can change the guest list and access settings, The owner can continue to do this after the radio has been deeded to group. If the land is owned by group, the radio has to be deeded. Depending on the group settings of the land, the radio may or may no longer be moveable upon deeding. The pack includes a radio that is Copy/No Trans as well as one that is No Copy/Trans. Only the No Copy/Trans version can be deeded to group.

* Disclaimer: the radio is Mod, the script inside in No Mod. Like all 'radios' in SL, this device can not turn music on or off (unless you can set it to a silent radio channel). It can only change the parcel's music URL. However, note that it allows non-parcel owners (guests, group members, etc.) to change the music URL too, even though they have no permission to do so manually. Finally, the radio looks like a portable device, but it's not functional when worn and taken into land that is not owned by the same owner.
