this product is not working - I followed all instructions and cannot get my object to resize at all

doesn't do xyz resizing
The description of this product says it can rescale on different axis but the menu gives zero options to choose x, y or z, a complete waste of 250 linden.
Wishing the creator would answer my IMs and notecards.
I purchased this script 2 to 3 weeks ago. It worked wonderfully for the first couple days and then started giving me an error message "Object: Connection error. Product verification may be temporarily inactive. Please try Setup again later." I contacted the seller on more than one occasion and she has not responded to me yet. Today, on a whim I purchased it again hoping that a new copy of it might work and still the same error. It would be a lovely script if it had continued to work.
Issues
Script not working getting an error message. Object: Connection error. Product verification may be temporarily inactive. Please try Setup again later. Been doing this for three days. Many of my friends have had the same issue as well. Attempted to contact creator. No response
