Actually, it's a skimpier mini-skirted version of the cute and sexy Rusalka II ~CRYSTAL WATER~ Outfit by Caverna Obscura (see Related Items)
The set includes: sculpted prim sea shells top (worn on chest), sculpted prim sea shells skirt with some flexi prims, necklace (worn on chest), sculpted prim top + necklace (worn on chest, so that you could wear additional wings on spine if you really want to :) ), upper R arm bracelet, lower L arm bracelet, bra on 2 clothing layers, thong on 2 clothing layers. The skirt has optional faerie dust particles that you can turn on/off by a simple chat command. All parts are copy/mod.
