Due to a little bug you have to rezz the cottage once then take the box back into your inventory now the box will be copy.

We use the "Jack in the Box" rezzing system. This excellent rezzing system allows for easy use for anyone. Simply drag the Unpacker from your inventory onto the floor, Touch it and select "Rez" from the menu. Wait while the entire structure rezzes and then snaps into position click on the box to move your structure.

Great low prim cottage!
Lovely medieval textures as in all builds by this maker. The customer service is impeccable also! I am using these as rental cottages -- very roomy for the prim count.
