Completely Useless
First off, there is no manual for the weapon itself, only a manual for the meter HUD. Once you figure out you should get the HUD too, it still does not function. Both Held weapon and sheathed weapon remain invisible at all times. Clicking the corresponding button on the HUD does nothing. I've also tried various chat commands to try and get the weapon to show, but still nothing.
