This is the Big Little Cottage,
Firstly it's FREE and you think it is going to go down hill from there, Your Wrong,
It is 17 Li So if your Prim saving like me another Bonus,
The space you get in this cottage is amazing 2 big rooms downstairs and 2 usable rooms upstairs, The decor is plain and simple with wood floors,(I sound like I am selling real estate now Ugh)
My Parcel is a 1024m and it fits wonderfully with loads of room for a garden and prims left to use.
All I can say is try it and see for yourself.

Low land impact, easy to modify, and a good size. The door scripts are no transfer but that is an easy fix. Not to mention you cannot beat the price! Very happy with this sweet little home. Ty.
