Script & Memory Counter gate

This is a script and memory gate that count the number of script and the memory that they takes, for every avi that touch the prims that have this script inside.
Just put the script and the settings notecard into the prim that you would like to use as a gate, the object will turn automatically invisible when touched, and will turn phantom only if the avi is meeting the limits that the owner have set in the settings notecard.
If someone isn't allowed to pass, he will be warned with a local message in a range of 20m.
