FULL PERMISSION (w/Notice) Landmark Giver

This script will give the visitor who touches the prim a landmark from the contents of that prim.

This script then sends the owner a notice inworld, or by email. ~ who clicked and what sim.

Please note all scripts are delivered within a running scripted prim.
open prim and place the script in your prim project
