At Ex Machina we are extremely proud and happy to present the first series of modular buildings... The Soho system. A commercial district modular system easy to assemble, perfect for shopping centers.
Named after the famous London West End area, Soho is meant to be a system to build your own city easily and without complications. It uses a modular system of buildings that are easily combined in multiple combinations.
IMPORTANT! This product is the first of a series of collections of different buildings which will be completely compatible in the Soho system. Also each of the collections will be constantly upgraded with new additions and variations. The upgrades will be free and automatic.
In the future a bundle will be available and it will include all the collections with a considerable save of money for the customers. In case a customer already purchased one of the separate collections and also purchased the bundle, will be refunded for the amount of the single collections value.
It includes a road base, 2 different buildings (free updates will add more in the next weeks), easy to align system with instructions and a big intersection composition ready as example or starting base.
All the buildings are optimized with excellent LOD (level of detail) even at default medium mesh settings. Land Impact is very low making the system easy to use even on parcels where prim availability might be scarce.
Render weight (display weight) was optimized to keep the area low lag for visitors.
Building 1A is 23 Land Impact
Footprint 10 x 12 (excluded the sidewalk)
Building 1 Corner is 33 Land Impact
Footprint 12 x 12 (excluded the sidewalk)
Included are normal and specular maps to give the best visual results under various Windlight settings.

Loving The Look
Today I bought the Soho buildings to create a scene from a movie, and I was having difficulty modifying them. I took the time to hit up the creator, and she was accommodating and understanding in helping me accomplish what I needed and offering help if need be later. It's not very often you get that kind of result when you as a creator a question. I just wanted to give props to Hattie for being fantastic. Customer service was on point. Rock Star...!!!!!!

I had purchased a different modular system then found this and fell in love. I wish it had a store option with stairs to use the upper floor .... and another that turns the 3 stores displayed together in the example into 1 large store. Hopefully in future additions :)

Great buildings system to start your own city
With those buildings system you can easily start your own city, all is there, sidewalks, you can even use the brick texture floor to use as the street texture, it look awsome, buildings looks like real, all the textures are wonderful, I found that we can matched easily other buildings with those ones, that will really look great on your land.. dont hesitate to buy this , you will never regretted it .
