They are a wonderful dollarbie, the only heels on SL with THAT heel shape to boot, and are EAXCTLY what I needed for a very specific creation.
The downside is that it took a lot of tweaking and resizing to get them to fit right but if you're willing to go the extra mile on them, go for it. :)
Bonus: You aren't going to find many full perm heels this cheap that DON'T have feet in them, as I was looking for a non-feet shoe, so that is awesome. Instead, the alpha comes on the back of the shoe, masking part of the heel base.

It was a simple 1 linden purchase , got them no problem. Sometimes curiosity just gets the better of me.

I contacted the seller via "contact this seller" feature here on Xstreet as well as via IM directly inworld and still, I am waiting for a response. I have no item, and I am down L$999. I have contacted Xstreet and so far nothing. Bad bad bad customer service. I cannot believe no one has done anything after 4 days of waiting and trying to get the merchandise I paid for. Watch out, buyers. If your item is not delivered you might lose money and never get it delivered. I will continue pushing this issue with Xstreet.
