It comes in 2x very realistic shapes and one textures baked with shadow, all Full Permissions!
Since it has full permission on, you can add your own textures and also resize it to fit your needs.

The whole building is done in MESH, so in order to be able to see it, you need a mesh compatible viewer.

A nice and simple table cloth with some building skills you can add legs and will look great. It don't have a UV map but the texture is simply just that the texture for the table cloth with some magic and editing skills you can pretty much make this work.
