Transfer Permission/Gift Giving Products

Customer Service will only be given to the Original Buyers of products with Transfer Permissions! Please DO NOT contact me if you are the recipient of a gift that was bought at our shop. You must be able to show proof of transaction and be able to RETURN the product in order to receive any Refunds or Replacements.

Marketplace Customers

If you have bought something on Marketplace and need service please send your information in a notecard. You must be able to show a copy of your Marketplace Invoice. Products with Transfer Permissions will not be redelivered. Our only exception to this is a copy of the Invoice stating specfically that there was a Delivery Failure. My invoice must be identical to your invoice! We understand that some days the Marketplace is less than reliable. If you often have troubles shopping on Marketplace may we suggest you make your purchases IN-World.
